The short version

nexusconnect.co.uk does not set cookies, does not use local storage or session storage, and carries no analytics, advertising or social media tracking of any kind. Nothing is stored on your device by this site, and nothing about your visit is passed to a third party for their own purposes.

This is why you have not been asked to accept anything. Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, consent is required for storing or accessing information on a visitor’s device. We do neither, so the question does not arise.

Why there is no analytics

A site this size does not need visitor tracking to be improved, and adding it would mean introducing a third party, a consent banner and a set of obligations that benefit us rather than you. If we ever change that decision, this page will change first and a proper consent mechanism will be in place before any cookie is set.

Fonts and other resources

The typefaces used on this site are served from this website itself rather than from a third-party font service, so loading a page does not disclose your IP address to another company. The same applies to every other asset: there are no external scripts, embeds, videos or images loaded from elsewhere.

What the server records

The hosting server keeps standard technical access logs, covering IP address, timestamp, page requested and browser identifier, for security and operational reasons. This is not cookie-based tracking and it is not used to identify or profile individual visitors. It is covered in the privacy notice.

Because nothing is stored on your device, there is nothing for you to clear, opt out of, or manage.

This site links to getbrief.uk, which is also operated by Nexus Connect Limited, and to LinkedIn and Companies House. Those sites have their own cookie and privacy arrangements, and this notice does not cover them.
